Mr. Bhardwaj has served as Executive Vice President, New Energy, Strategy & Investor Relations since July 1, 2026. He previously served as Executive Vice President, Strategy, Business Development & Investor Relations beginning in June 2025, and prior to that as Senior Vice President, Strategy & Growth from March 2024 through May 2025. In his current role, Mr. Bhardwaj supports Delek’s strategic focus on new energy opportunities and energy transition initiatives. Mr. Bhardwaj’s expertise spans over a decade in the financial sector, where he managed global portfolios and led strategic investment initiatives. Most recently, Mr. Bhardwaj served as a Portfolio Manager at Millennium Partners Group managing a multi-hundred-million-dollar portfolio of global securities. His previous roles at LNZ Capital and Surveyor Capital (Citadel) focused on leading investments and developing trading strategies within the energy sector. Mr. Bhardwaj holds an MBA from Yale School of Management, and a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India.
