Mr. Bhardwaj has served as Executive Vice President, Strategy, Business Development & Investor Relations since June of 2025. Mr. Bhardwaj previously served as our Senior Vice President, Strategy & Growth from March 2024 through May 2025. He is responsible for formulating near & long-term Delek strategy, including Delek’s strategy in enabling energy transition. Mr. Bhardwaj’s expertise spans over a decade in the financial sector, where he managed global portfolios and led strategic investment initiatives. Most recently, Mr. Bhardwaj served as a Portfolio Manager at Millennium Partners Group managing a multi-hundred-million-dollar portfolio of global securities. His previous roles at LNZ Capital and Surveyor Capital (Citadel) focused on leading investments and developing trading strategies within the energy sector. Mr. Bhardwaj holds an MBA from Yale School of Management, and a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India.
