Mr. Bhayat joined Delek in June 2025 as Executive Vice President, Chief Commercial Officer, bringing over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Prior to joining Delek, he served as Vice President, Commercial at Marathon Petroleum, where he played a pivotal role in building the derivative trading team with over $1 billion in crude and product trade flows. He was instrumental in transforming the Clean Products business from a marketing and supply operation into a global trading platform, while also establishing the supporting risk and governance frameworks. Before his tenure at Marathon, Mr. Bhayat held senior management roles in BP Trading both in London and Houston. There, he contributed to BP's Integrated Supply and Trading success, gaining deep expertise in global commodity markets. He began his career at PwC in London, where he became a Partner, working across both accounting and consulting. Mr. Bhayat is a proven executive leader with deep expertise across the refining value chain, including derivative and physical trading, as well as financial risk management. His insights and leadership bring significant value to the Delek executive team.
