Ido Biger serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Technology & Data Officer of Delek US Holdings. He brings more than 20 years of executive leadership experience building and leading global technology, data, and digital organizations across the energy, aviation, telecommunications, and financial services sectors.
Prior to joining Delek US, Mr. Biger served as Chief Information Officer and Chief Data Officer at EL AL Israel Airlines, where he led enterprise technology, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and advanced analytics functions. He previously held senior global technology and data leadership roles, including positions based in New York, with responsibility for enterprise data strategy, large-scale data platforms, digital modernization, and business intelligence transformation initiatives supporting multinational operations.
Mr. Biger also served as Chairman of the Board of Cockpit Innovation, an aviation-focused venture and innovation platform, and has been an active participant and speaker at the MIT Chief Data Officer & Information Quality (CDOIQ) Symposium. His expertise spans enterprise IT strategy, operational technology, cybersecurity, cloud transformation, and data-driven business enablement.
Mr. Biger holds a B.A. from Tel Aviv University, an M.B.A. from Bar-Ilan University, and a Wharton CTO Executive Education certificate.
