Ms. Lavender has served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Delek US since July 1, 2026, leading the Company’s legal organization with responsibility for governance, compliance, board affairs, government relations, and strategic legal support across Delek’s refining, logistics, and corporate operations. Ms. Lavender joined Delek in September 2018 and held progressively senior roles within the legal organization, most recently serving as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel since February 2022. Prior to joining Delek, Ms. Lavender represented private-sector clients and municipalities in complex commercial, regulatory, and public law matters. She brings more than 20 years of legal experience, with a focus on managing risk, navigating regulatory complexity, and supporting responsible business and public policy objectives. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Florida, a Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law, and an MBA from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management. She is admitted to practice law in Tennessee and Florida.
