Avigal Soreq, President & Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Soreq joined the Company as Chief Executive Officer and President and as President of Delek Logistics in June 2022. Mr. Soreq was also appointed as one of our directors in June 2022. Previously, he served as Chief Executive Officer of El Al Airlines from January 2021 until May 2022. Prior to that, Mr. Soreq served in several roles at the Company from December 2012 through 2020, including Chief Operating Officer, Chief Commercial Officer, Executive Vice President and Vice President. Mr. Soreq also served on the Board of Directors of Alon USA Energy, Inc. from 2015 to 2017. Before joining the Company, Mr. Soreq worked for SunPower Corporation (NASDAQ: SPWR), and previously as a senior finance and business consultant for Trabelsy & Co., and as a consultant in the corporate finance department for KPMG’s Tel-Aviv office. Mr. Soreq served in the Israeli Air Force in various roles between 1996 and 2004 and reached the rank of Major. Mr. Soreq is a certified public accountant in Israel.

Mark Hobbs, EVP, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Hobbs has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since March 2025. Previously he served as our Executive Vice President, Corporate Development beginning in October 2022. Prior to joining the Company, he was a Managing Director in investment banking at Citigroup serving as Global Head of Downstream sector coverage since 2011 and as a member of the Clean Energy Transition group since 2021. From 2004 through 2011, Mr. Hobbs was a member of the Global Energy Group at UBS based in Houston and in London from 2009 until 2011 as Head of Europe, Middle East, and Africa energy coverage. Mr. Hobbs was previously an energy investment banker in Houston with both Morgan Stanley and CS First Boston. Mr. Hobbs holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Columbia Business School in New York.

Joseph Israel, EVP, President of Refining & Renewables

Mr. Israel has served as our Executive Vice President, President, Refining and Renewables since January 2025. Mr. Israel previously served as our Executive Vice President, Operations from March 2023 through December 2024. Mr. Israel is an industry veteran with over 25 years of energy experience and a proven track record of driving operational excellence. Most recently, he served as President & CEO, Par Petroleum LLC, a subsidiary of Par Pacific. He also served as Senior Vice President, Par Pacific Holdings, and a Member of Par Pacific’s Board of Directors. Mr. Israel served on the board of directors of Par Pacific Holdings from 2015 through 2022, and was a member of the board’s Operations and Technical Committee. In these roles, he led operations for Par’s integrated refining and logistics system, including 154,000 barrels per day of refining capacity. Mr. Israel has also held leadership positions at Hunt Refining Company and Alon USA, which was acquired by the Company in 2017.

Patrick Reilly, EVP, Chief Commercial Officer

Mr. Reilly has served as Executive Vice President, Chief Commercial Officer since March of 2023. Mr. Reilly previously served as Vice President Trading – Crude, Clean Products & Feedstocks for Motiva (Aramco). During his tenure at Motiva, he was a key leader in the transformation of the commercial department that globally transacts 750 million barrels per year to record profits in both 2021 and 2022. Prior to Motiva, Mr. Reilly served as a Regional Head of Trading for Gunvor as well as Global Book Leader for Marine Fuels, Fuel Oil and Refinery Feedstocks at Andeavor (Tesoro). Earlier in his career, he held various positions at BP, including refinery asset economist and process engineer. Mr. Reilly earned a master’s degree in finance and business economics from the USC Marshall School of Business, and a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Delaware.

Sam Eljaouhari, EVP, Chief Human Resources Officer

Mr. Eljaouhari currently serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resource Officer. He joined Delek in 2019 as Senior Vice President & Chief Supply Chain Officer and later concurrently served as Senior Vice President, Capital Projects & Renewable Fuels. Prior to Joining Delek, Mr. Eljaouhari was the Head of Procurement & Supply Chain, Refining for Marathon Petroleum (formerly Andeavor) and held similar roles from 2014-2019.

From 2011 - 2014, Mr. Eljaouhari was a member of the BP Middle East executive team serving as Vice President & Chief Procurement Officer and previously held numerous leadership positions across BP & ARCO, in both the upstream & downstream. Mr. Eljaouhari holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Washington and an MBA in Supply Chain & Logistics from the W.P. Carey School of Business.

Denise McWatters, EVP, General Counsel & Secretary

Ms. McWatters has served as the Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of the Company and of the general partner of Delek Logistics since February 2021. Ms. McWatters previously served as the General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary of HF Sinclair Corporation, formerly HollyFrontier Corporation, an independent petroleum refiner (NYSE: DINO), and of the general partner of Holly Energy Partners, L.P. (NYSE: HEP) from May 2008 until August 2019. Prior to joining HollyFrontier, Ms. McWatters served as the General Counsel of The Beck Group, an architecture, construction and design firm, from 2005 through October 2007. Ms. McWatters also previously served as a shareholder at two national law firms.

Ido Biger, EVP, Chief Information & Data Officer

Mr. Biger has served as our Executive Vice President, Chief Information and Data Officer since July of 2022. Prior to joining Delek, Mr. Biger led the IT division of El Al Airlines, alongside the cyber security team, and the data and analytics field (over 200 people). Mr. Biger also served as the Chairman of the Board for Cockpit Innovation. Mr. Biger held two successful Chief Data Officer roles at Telco and Aviation. He led big data teams, BI departments, advanced analytics units (data science), and data literacy programs. Mr. Biger was the international speaker and adjunct lecturer at Tel-Aviv University and the Technion for Big Data Technologies, Data Science, and Data Visualization. He also represented the state of Israel at MIT’s CDOIQ forum.

Reuven Spiegel, EVP, Special Projects

Mr. Spiegel has served as our Executive Vice President, Special Projects since March 2025. Previously he served as our Chief Financial Officer from May 2020 to February 2025. Mr. Spiegel also serves as a member of the board of directors of the general partner of Delek Logistics since July 2014. Prior to joining the board of directors of the general partner of Delek Logistics, Mr. Spiegel served as Chief Executive Officer of Israel Discount Bank Ltd. (TLV: DSCT) from 2011 through 2014 where he had previously held the position of Executive Vice President from 2001 through 2005. In 2005 and 2006, Mr. Spiegel also served as Chairperson of the board of Discount Mortgage Bank. Mr. Spiegel also served as Chief Executive Officer of IDB Bank of NY from 2006 to 2010. He also has experience as an executive in the real estate industry.

Mohit Bhardwaj, SVP, Strategy & Growth

Mr. Bhardwaj has served as Senior Vice President of Strategy & Growth since March of 2024. He is responsible for formulating near & long-term Delek strategy, including Delek’s strategy in enabling energy transition. Mr. Bhardwaj’s expertise spans over a decade in the financial sector, where he managed global portfolios and led strategic investment initiatives. Most recently, Mr. Bhardwaj served as a Portfolio Manager at Millennium Partners Group managing a multi-million portfolio of global securities. His previous roles at LNZ Capital and Surveyor Capital (Citadel) focused on leading investments and developing trading strategies within the energy sector. Mr. Bhardwaj holds an MBA from Yale School of Management, and a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India.
