Ezra Uzi Yemin has served as the Chairman of our Board since December 2012, and a Director since April 2001. He was appointed Executive Chairman of the Board in June 2022. Mr. Yemin served as our Chief Executive Officer from June 2004 to June 2022, and as our President from April 2001 to June 2022. He also served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief executive officer of Delek Logistics GP, LLC from April 2012 to June 2022, and now serves as the Chairman of the Board since June 2022.
